Real Estate Shoot Terms and Conditions
- General Service Terms and Conditions apply (see our Terms and Conditions)
- My prices may be higher than some other Real Estate Photographers… this is to compensate for having to rent extra gear for these types of shoots, especially when i still need to earn something from doing these types of shoots.
- Virtual Staging, De-Cluttering and Retoucing of images is not included, should you wish for us to re-arrange furniture or other items, please note that additional fees will incur.
- Travel Costs: costs to travel to your home are not included, I use Uber to travel which means that Uber rates apply.
- Out of Town Locations: if the property is far away, this may require a custom quote which may include the need for accomodation and possibly flights – these costs are for the clients responsibility.
- Various additional options are made available within each package.
