Real Estate Specific Terms and Conditions:
- Virtual Staging or De-cluttering: I don’t include Virtual Staging or De-Cluttering of homes… with my real estate packages, should you wish for us to re-arrange furniture or other items, please note that additional fees will incur… This option can be added to our real estate packages.
- Travel Costs: costs to travel to your home are not included… I temporarily have to use Uber to get around which means that Uber rates apply, while possibly having to custom quote for my travelling expenses.
- Real Estate Agents: PLEASE CONTACT ME, as I have rates specifically aimed at Real Estate Agents or Agencies.
- Out of Town Locations: If the property is far away, this may require a custom quote which may include the need for accommodation and possibly even flight costs – these costs are for the clients responsibility and are not included in our packages.
